Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for operations and analytics to join our global team and grow their career.


  • Provide comprehensive support for all applications - internal/external users/service partners
  • Ensure overall proper product maintenance
  • Ensure correct level of monitoring is in place and controls are implemented
  • Facilitate required management information whenever required
  • Process compliance to all applicable processes
  • Act as the single point of contact for all critical systems
  • Review billing reports for analysts
  • Produce and analyze billing reports for Managed Service customers
  • Identify problems/issues during billing cycles
  • Work on complex activities such as identifying software or hardware problems that impact on-going operations
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients, suppliers and partners/operators
  • Work on a roster 24/7 basis to provide 360 degree customer support in billing operations

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in telecom, with at least 2 years of experience in billing
  • Degree or equivalent in business/IT related field is preferred
  • Computer savvy and proficient knowledge of Unix, SQL and MS office package
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer support and customer satisfaction experience required
  • Good verbal, written skills and interpersonal skills. Presents information effectively
  • Good working knowledge of customer requirements
