Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual with a background in Telecommunications and product implementation, to join our global organization.


  • Resolve technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment
  • Ensure CSG Support Tool is updated at all times
  • Follow up on support issues with customers and Level 4 (R&D) team
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
  • Deliver product installations according to internal procedures
  • Work in different business times and be on-call 24/7
  • Shift work, standby support and working on weeknights/weekends/public holidays is required

Position Requirements

  • 5-7 years work experience in software industry or related field
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
  • ITIL accreditation will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunication environment and customer service procedures
  • Basic understanding of client requirements and product implementation
  • Experience in ticket and queue management
  • Technical skills in Unix and SQL
  • Prior experience in Application Support Management (ASM)
