Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for resolving customer issues, which include ticket management, escalations and reporting.


  • Provide technical support to customers- resolving issues/error messages in a live production environment
  • Follow up on support issues, including liaising with customers and the development team
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
  • Work in different business times and be on-call 24/7, which includes shift work, standby support and working nights/weekends/public holidays as required
  • Ad-hoc occasional travel to customer sites

Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of Telecommunications environment and customer service procedures
  • Experience in ticket and queue management
  • Good understanding of complex software system architecture and operation
  • 0-3 years' work experience in software industry or related fields
  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering
  • ITIL accreditation will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Firewalls/Hardware Load Balancing and general networking concepts
  • Knowledge in JBOSS, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Weblogic
