Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for monitoring and conducting preliminary assesment of impact, route workflow or incidences/issues, to join our dynamic global team.


  • Coordinate ticket creation and management
  • Handle client phone calls / augment LI support team
  • Monitor HP Openview and Control-M and alert/escalate
  • Collate hourly stats and report on weekly operations metrics
  • Coordinate Request Management activities such as user account creations, granting access rights, etc.
  • Be on-call on a 24x7 shift rotation basis.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Systems or equivalent work-related experience
  • Understanding / experience with Application support SLAs
  • Past exeprience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) would be a plus
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and be comfortable communicating with end users, including business users and IT team
  • Root cause approach to problem solving
