Job Description

  • As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service andensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organizational values.

Position Requirements

  • Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
  • Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Be a dedicated team builder who is passionate about customer service and possess goodleadership and training skills
  • Experience in handling high volume and standard operating procedures
  • Should possess minimum 5 years of experience in the similar capacity in star class hotels or resorts
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all departments
  • Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Previous experience in handling Reservations system will be an added advantage
  • Oversee the operations in Housekeeping department
