Job Description

- Often present the first impression of the organization to clients and customers and serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately. - Answer and accurately direct phone calls professionally and also correctly directs visitors to the appropriate people courteously and professionally and promptly relays messages to the proper person. - Maintains a neat and tidy reception area, replacing magazines as received, clearing up any clutter on an ongoing basis and maintains a professional and comfortable general office atmosphere. - Attend to meeting room, training room and board room bookings and coordinate in providing refreshments to participants. - Control inventory relevant to reception area. - Liaise with the travel agents, embassies, hotels and manage the staff travel desk efficiently under the supervision of Head of HR.

Position Requirements

- Be a friendly and pleasing personality with good organizational skills. - Have solid communication skills and be fluent in English and Sinhala. - Be computer literate. - Proven work experience in a front office receptionist responsibilities. - Be between 25 to 40 years of age.
