  • Answer phone calls
  • Register vehicle information through ERP system
  • Handle administration duties such as filing, faxing, and handling the mail

Position Requirements

  • minimum 1 - 2 years experience taxi line operation
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Pass G.C.E. A/L’s , additional qualifications will be a plus
