To facilitate suitable training and development interventions, whilst sustaining and improving strategies to

develop the capabilities of all employees to ensure alignment with current and future organizational

requirements

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the identification, implementation & monitoring of the training programmer, to meet the devel­opment needs of employees and ensure accurate & up-to-date documentation
  • Support in the design and development of competency assessment packs for all training areas including both pre-and post-training assessments with the consultation of the relevant superiors
  • Assist the internal business teams and SBU's to conduct internal audits in order to ensure adherence to Training and Development procedures and practices thereby, facilitating the fulfillment of overall training needs
  • Engage in organizing and coordinating the Job Family based training together with central belt certifications and other areas of the Lean knowledge transfer model whilst, ensuring effective analysis and reporting of same
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Position Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing company
  • Fluent in Tamil and English
