Job location : India.

Implement the developed control systems to prevent / address violations of legal guidelines & internal policies thus maintain the required compliance standards across all functions of the organization

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure adherence to social & process compliance standard, set-up procedures and monitor regularly to maintain required compliance standards
  • Interact with customers' / customer compliance teams, identify and assist in drafting procedures aligning to customer specific compliance requirements
  • Execute & audit the Employee Health and Safety Framework, create awareness on health and safety procedures across the organization and conduct trainings in order to provide a safe working environment
  • Conduct periodic reviews on risk assessment, environmental aspect & impact assessment whilst contributing towards strengthening control measures
  • Ensure the team engages in social compliance projects and addresses new factory compliance approvals to create a culture for continuous improvement
  • Monitor, represent and defend the SBU's interests in Compliance Audits to ensure the organization main­tains the required compliance standards and prepare, submit corrective action plans in a timely manner and follow-up on corrective actions to facilitate a smooth compliance process
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Position Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum of 3 — 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
  • Fluent in Tamil and English
