Job location : India.

To ensure that all activities pertaining to transport, security, medical insurance and cafeteria are carried out

in an effective and timely manner & provide the required logistical and administrative support services

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and attend to all transport services and vehicle fleet to ensure organizational transport requirements are met the required standards in a safe, timely and cost effective manner by utilizing the most cost effective routes
  • Ensure that vehicles run per schedule whilst monitoring, maintaining vehicle and vehicle running charts and analyzing any discrepancies to ensure that drivers are competent, careful and abide by the rules and authorize/ monitor all payments regarding vehicle maintenance/ drivers/ contractors etc.
  • Ensure caterers provide quality meals for staff as per agreed menus and quantities at the highest standards, liaise with caterers on proposals for improvement & assist management decision making process
  • Ensure and complete all tasks relating to medical insurance scheme, settlement of claims & documentation
  • Review & prepare reports and records as & when required (e.g. Transport running chart, Catering requirement form, Fuel usage report etc.) & forward to relevant personnel for perusal
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Position Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum of 1— 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
  • Fluent in Tamil and English
