Job Description

( Group Service Delivery )

The Job :

  • Responsible for overall governance and execute short term and long term strategic plans for Dialog Axiata Club Vision loyalty program.
  • Establishment of group policies, procedures and operating guidelines on customer evaluation, segmentation, products and service offerings.
  • Continuous improvement of Loyalty processes to drive improved customer experience and retention.
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement to deliver projects and program deliverables on time.
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties on design, production and delivery of customer communication.
  • Coordinate with partner management team to maintain, improve and execute offers and merchant deals for the loyalty customer base.
  • Define and manage Club Vision customer service processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Organising / coordinating of Loyalty Customer reward / entertainment events.
  • Identification of potential churn of customers from products and services offered by Dialog Group & Implement strategies for churn prevention and customer retention.
  • Monitor and reporting of overall loyalty operations to the management on a regular basis.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the fields of Marketing or Customer Service.
  • Should possess knowledge in Analytical and Reporting skills / Soft Skills / Learning and Researching.
  • Professional qualification and experience in project management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Tactical mind-set combined with a strong capability in analyzing data and interpersonal skills are vital competencies.
