Job Description :

  • Monitor and evaluate Inbound and Outbound calls within given guidelines
  • Meet accuracy on all observation feedbacks entered to system
  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions post call/ service observations
  • Conduct role-plays and calibration sessions for continuous improvement of contact center agents
  • Provide constructive feedback for overall service quality improvement in terms of client servicesand contact center agents
  • Achieve individual and team observation targets
  • Identify agent strengths and weaknesses and recommend for training programmes
  • Maintain punctual and disciplined personality

Position Requirements

  • Between the ages of 18 – 30 years
  • Demonstration of effective listening

  • Sound oral and written communication skills

  • Good people management and coaching skills

  • A friendly personality, praise and motivate towards personal growth

  • Effectively and efficiently work within a team setting

  • Language SkillsEnglish, Sinhala and Tamil is a must

  • Candidates who can work during Friday, Saturday, Sunday and evening hours are mostly welcome
