Candidates should be capable of covering morning evening shifts (2pm – 11pm/ 12pm) & overnights perweek when required.
Transport will be provided for evening shifts within the range of 20km
Job Description :
Resolve problems by clarifying, researching and exploring answers and provide alternatesolutions
Escalate unresolved problems
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company
Promote additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell products and services
Manage and update the call logs with the status of each call
Enhance the job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
Build customer loyalty by following-up of customer calls
Respond to internal and external emails
Manage filing, scanning, Speedy and accurate data processing, correspondence and other backoffice responsibilities.
Between the ages of 18 – 30 years
A warm personality with enthusiasm and positive energy
Good reading, writing and speaking skills in English & Sinhala is essential
Professional Skills : Speaking, Writing & Reading
Language Skills : Fluent in English, Sinhala & Tamil
